Essential Criteria
| 1. Currently hold, or demonstrated ability and willingness to obtain, Department of Industry Wastewater Treatment Operations certificates (part one and two) OR Certificate III in Water Industry Operations |
| 2. Interest in water and sewer operations |
| 3. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment |
| 4. Trades experience and/or demonstrated knowledge of plant operations |
| 5. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs and demonstrated capacity to acquire skills in other software |
| 6. Class C Drivers Licence |
| 7. Demonstrated ability to emulate Council’s values of passion, respect, innovation, dedication and excellence and to strive to achieve our vision and mission |
Desirable Criteria
| 1. Certificate IV in Water Industry Treatment (Wastewater) |
| 2. Certificate IV in Water Industry Treatment (Water) |
| 3. Trade qualifications in an appropriate discipline e.g. Fitting, Machining etc. |
| 4. Confined Spaces Certificate |
| 5. Telemetry experience |
